1. Our Acceptance or Refund Guarantee
We stand behind our biometric sizing and compliance tools. Single digital passport photos are always free to create and download. If you purchase our optional Single Person Print Pack ($2.99) or Family / Group Pack ($6.99), your purchase is backed by our Acceptance or Refund Guarantee:
- Government Acceptance Guarantee: If your printed or digital photo formatted with EasyPassPhoto is rejected by any passport, visa, or government agency due to biometric sizing, framing, or background formatting, we will immediately provide a 100% full refund of your purchase price (and help you re-format a new photo for free if desired).
- 30-Day Satisfaction & Statutory Refund Window: In accordance with Paddle's consumer protection standards, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase (exceeding the minimum 14-day statutory cooling-off period) if you experience technical issues, accidental duplicate purchases, or are unsatisfied with your Print Pack download.
2. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple and hassle-free. You can initiate a refund using either of the following methods:
- Email Support: Send an email to support@easypassphoto.com with your order receipt email address, Paddle transaction ID (`txn_...`), or Print Pack license key.
- Via Your Paddle Receipt: Click the support or refund link directly inside the email receipt sent to you by Paddle.com at the time of checkout.
Refund requests are processed within 1–2 business days, and funds are returned directly to your original credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal account.
